This Anthias like other Anthias do better in a harem of females and one male. If the male dies one of the females will morph and take over the male's place. The females are yellow while the males are a pink color. They are semi aggressive and will need an aquarium of at least 100 gallons as they like plenty of room to swim. This Anthias can reach up to 7 inches. Their diet consists of mysis, brines, flake, and high-quality pellets and benefit from multiple feedings per day.
