When feeding the toadfish requires the food to be set in front of them. They can jump so make sure to have a tight fitted lid. These are not fast swimmers so make sure they are kept with the right kind of tank mates. They will require partially dim lights to have the best environment. Their diet consists of small fish, crustaceans.
