These fish are simply stunning. Orchids Dottyback require an aquarium of 30 gallons or more with lots of rock for hiding places. In aquariums, Orchid Dottybacks are small plankton feeders so foods such as brine shrimp, krill and mysid shrimp are perfect. More than one can be kept per tank, as long as the aquarium has plenty of hiding spaces. Usually, adding multiple small individuals at once will result in a spawning harem. Their diet consists of mysis, brine, and other meaty food.
