The Marble Cat Shark is named for the cat-like whiskers at the mouth. It is also sometimes called a Bamboo Shark. The Marble Cat Shark is a bottom dwelling shark, eating crustacean in the aquarium. Soft sand as the substrate will keep the tender abdomen free from abrasion. It stays small (36-40 inches) but would enjoy a 180 gallon or larger aquarium as an adult.
This Shark is currently eating small pieces of frozen squid/”chum”.
