The Scarlet Pin Stripe wrasse can grow up to 3 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 55 gallons with plenty of rockwork to hide and forage for food. They can be sometimes aggressive to peaceful wrasse and it is recommended to be placed last into the aquarium. They will eat the small crustaceans like flatworms, bristle worms, and even pyramidellid snails. Their diet consists of meaty foods and may take high quality flake and pellet foods.
