The Huchtii Anthias is also known as the Red Cheek or Green Anthias. This Anthias can grow up to 4.5 inches and will require an aquarium of 125 gallons with plenty of swim room but should have a few hiding spots. These are a very active species and will require multiple feedings a day. Like other anthias these are hermaphroditic and when in groups one male and 3-6 females. If the male dies a female will take over and morph into a male. Their diet consists of mysis, brines, and other meaty foods. They may also take high quality flake and pellet foods.
