The Scribbled Rabbitfish is a peaceful fish. As juveniles they will school with others but as they get older, they will become more aggressive and claim their territory. This fish can grow up to 11 inches and will require an aquarium of at least 120 gallons with plenty of live rock to hide and forage on. They are not considered reef safe as they may nip at stony and soft corals. They will however help rid of the hair algae, valonia, and red turf algae. Their diet consists of mysis, brines, krill, shrimps, and other meaty foods. The Scribble will also take high quality pellet and flake foods.
