Montipora Digitata Neon Green

Montipora Digitata corals are sometimes referred to as Finger corals. They are some of the most well known and most widely aquacultured SPS corals. They are reef safe and peaceful; like many other SPS corals, the Montiporas do not use sweeper tentacles to sting surrounding neighbors. Montiporas can typically be placed in close proximity to other specimen without any negative effects. Montiporas typically prefer higher flow and lighting but will adapt to a number of different conditions. This is one of the easiest SPS corals to grow and is considered a very fast grower with the right parameters. This specimen is a branching Montipora and will form into a large tree like formation that send out erratic "branches" or "fingers" towards the direction of the light
